Voka.live is an AI-powered language fluency platform offering speaking practice exercises, real-time speech analysis, fluency feedback, progress tracking, and educational content. Our Platform leverages artificial intelligence to help users improve their language speaking skills. We do not provide live instruction, personal tutors, or classroom teaching. All learning experiences are self-directed through our AI-powered tools and resources.
To access our Platform, you must create an account by providing your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Voka.live offers subscription-based memberships with various duration options. A limited free preview may be available before purchase. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
3.1 Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your initial purchase and meet the following conditions: you have completed fewer than 10 practice exercises AND you have attempted no more than 2 AI analysis sessions. Refund requests must be submitted to support@voka.live. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and refund policy at any time.
Your voice recordings, practice data, and personal information are accessible only to you and our system functions necessary to provide the Services. We do not publicly display or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.1 Email Communication: By creating an account, you consent to receive essential service-related emails, including order confirmations, payment receipts, account notifications, practice reminders, and occasional promotional content. You cannot opt out of essential service communications, but you may unsubscribe from non-essential promotional emails.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, AI models, practice exercises, analysis tools, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of Voka.live and Starmoon Technologies Inc. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or making any commercial use of Platform materials without our express written permission. We will enforce violations of our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any official language testing organizations, examination boards, or certification bodies. We make no guarantees regarding your performance on any standardized language tests or examinations. Your success depends on your individual effort, practice, and abilities.
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our content, AI analysis, or learning materials. We make no guarantees regarding your language learning outcomes, test performance, or fluency improvement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voka.live and Starmoon Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
